DENIOS RFP – Meeting FM Global Approval Standards
Our chemical storage buildings are specially engineered to provide secure and compliant storage solutions for flammable and corrosive chemicals, holding the approval of FM Global. Safeguarding flammable liquids necessitates stringent safety protocols to mitigate the potential for severe environmental and fire-related harm. Flammable liquids can emit sufficient vapor to create volatile air mixtures, necessitating the inclusion of explosion protection measures in the design.
These chemical storage facilities have been meticulously crafted to reduce workplace hazards, and the RFP (Rack Fire Protect) option is now accessible in various sizes, catering to small, medium, and large fire-rated storage needs for drums and IBC containers and now offering FM Approval.
Proven standard worldwide
DENIOS has over 38 years of engineering experience and is represented in over 20 countries in America, Europe, and Asia. The Chemical storage RFP is designed in Germany and manufactured in the USA.

The equipment plays a decisive role in the individual product configuration. Let our experienced experts coordinate your requirements with you and develop a tailor-made solution.
Heating, ventilation, air conditioning and cooling technology for regulation of the indoor climate. Reliable air conditioning for heat or frost-sensitive stored goods is necessary in many industrial areas to protect stored chemicals from harmful temperature influences.
Optional HVAC equipment for electrically classified interiors.
Optional HVAC equipment for electrically classified interiors.
For effective cross ventilation of the hazmat storage.
The control technology is optimally matched to DENIOS chemical buildings. It triggers an optical and acoustic alarm in case of a deviation in measured data. In addition, automatic locking or extinguishing systems are activated, for example. All information is on the operating and display elements presented.
Modern touch panels/displays for indoor or outdoor use with high ease of use.
Dry Chem systems provide extra safety in containers used to store flammable and non-flammable substances. DENIOS offers a wet or dry system.
DENIOS fire detectors are equipped with approved multi-sensors that detect smoke and fire quickly and reliably.
If explosion protection is needed according to your assessment, we offer you built-in components that can represent a source of sparks in an appropriate Ex version. Earthing devices (e.g. earthing rail) are optionally available for equipotential bonding.
For an earthing connection inside the store. Provides the necessary equipotential bonding with an external pin as a connection.
Grounding bracket for equipotential bonding.
Explosion-proof detector transmits LEL values. They are used for preventive fire and explosion protection.
